The proposed net zero carbon hybrid timber development comprises two office buildings with a central, south-facing public space - a partly retained 1950s printworks extended to 10 storeys and a new build 15-storey building.  Through a combination of re-used existing structure and hybrid steel/cross laminate timber structure the upfront carbon is predicted as below 550kgco2/m2 (a1-5 @ stage 4). Responsible for the production of spatial coordination studies at stage 3, and delivery of technical design drawings & documentation at stage 4. BIM model management and MEP coordination with trades & contractors on site.
